Question 198 squadron 1943 - 1944

Hi everybody,

some guys on our forum have found some beautiful pieces of a Hawker Typhoon of the Flying Officer Henry Hector MacKenzie. of the 198 Sq. RACF .
McKenzie died 3rd january 1944 at the age of 24.

Guys are looking for informations about the 198 squadron during 1943 - 1944.

Could you help uf to complet the history of this group during these year ?
A monument to the memory of the pilot is going to be set up by the city hall.
