Interesting text unfortunately it doesn't mention any sources.

The bit about landing his Fw 190 with 1,2m less right wing (after ramming / colliding with a bomber) is notable, including the fact that he received extra praise from Dahl for doing so.

However the item does not include suicide as the cause of death (unknown causes).

Leo Etgen, is that your website? He would've committed suicide in 1947, not in 1946, in Bitterfeld /Sachsen-Anhalt. He was Verbandsführer in the 6. Staffel/ II. Gruppe des Jagdgeschwaders 300 "Wilde Sau". I have very less on Rudi Zwesken.

Ruy Horta, I am interested to the fact that you mention? As I do not have anthing to that fact. (Probably from the portugese text thought I would ask must someone have more info to this).

If you think the Portuguese text mentions suicide it must be a wrong translation as the it only mentions the fact that he died in 1947 cause unknown.

No, I know this, I was talking about that fact to Leo Etgen as his website mentions year 1946.
