As far as I know, the only italian losses in the East due to german fire (one C.200 and one Ca.311) had been caused by Flak and not by fighter pilots.

There is also a book published in 2008 Ali sulla Steppa by N Malizia. Not yet bought it myself, but should contain at least some English translation. In the articles I have (German and English) there is no mentioned friendly fire at all, which of course means nothing, but if such losses had been heavy, I suppose something should have been mentioned.
