Is this a new edition or am I missing something here ? This 'new' book was first published in 1994 ! I bought my copy in 1996.

Having said that, I totally agree with you. It is a wonderful work, just like THE FIRST TEAM. I would never have expected so much detail could be found dealing with USN/IJNAF combat at any period during the war.
