I know how hard it is to get everything right but if you're going to put up preview pages — excellent idea — it's as well not to have mistakes on them, I'd imagine.

I received the book this afternoon and having just checked the above points I can confirm that Points 1, 2 & 5 have had the errors corrected while Points 3 & 4 remain. It does look like a very good book and has arrived just in time as I finished my last book just yesterday!
