Vinny,
a quick look in Eric Mombeek's book REICHVERTEIDIGUNG I and you find the following on the 1.12.43 crash. He was with 8.Staffel and was wounded in the emergency landing after ennemy contact. He landed near Mol (B) The a/c was 75% loss : Bf109G-6 (410098) Black 7. The Austrian ace (48 kills) Alfred Miksch is killed on that day in the South of The Netherlands flying black 13 regards Sealander

Thank you for the information, guys! He must have survived the crash on 1 December 1943. I could not find out if he survived the war, but it seems that he is one of the many 8./JG 1 pilots that did not survive the war.
I also heard that he flew in black 4 during the summer months of 1943... Is there any source that mentions more about this fact?
