FW 58 D-OIAK

This aircraft is most likely a Seenotdienst FW 58. The photo is probably taken before August 1940. On 29.07.1940 the Luftwaffe Führungsstab issued the order that all red cross markings and civil registrations of Seenotdienst aircraft should be replaced by normal Luftwaffe markings.
The reason was given as the enemy (the british that is) did not respect the red cross markings and attacked these aircraft even if they were unarmed. Most Seenotdienst aircraft received their new camouflage and Stammkennzeichen markings during August 1940. It was quite normal that FW 58 aircraft of the so called Hilfsseenotdienst were attached to fighter units along the coastline.
