According to Mauer Mauer (ed.), World War II Combat Squadrons of the United States Air Force, reprint ed., New York: Smithmark, 1992, pp.548-49:
443d Fighter Squadron Activated 24 Feb 1943 Richmond AFB, Va., 24 Feb 1943 Norfolk AAFld, Va., 16 Feb - 10 Apr 1944 P-40s (1943), P-47s (1943-44) Disbanded 10 Apr 1944 Campaigns: None. Decorations: None. Emblem: None. So, this official publication of the USAF Historical Division, Department of the Air Force, that originally appeared in 1969, states that there was no emblem for this squadron. L.
