Feldwebel Leonhard Stark, 7 January 1944

According to a local historian, Feldwebel Leonhard Stark bailed out from his Bf 109 D (sic) on 7 January 1944 near Siedelsbrunn, Germany, after being hit by enemy fire. He survived with wounds.

Can anyone confirm the above and add the usual details (unit, WNr, etc...) ?

Thanks in advance
