those description are great! Really interesting for me! Who did write that synthese of that day? Concerning Ostermeyer (4/JG53), it seems that they are several "possible" victorious Spitfire for his claim. Without more elements from his own german side, it will be difficult to learn which one had shot him down. Once more, thanks for help! best feelings from France, Mathias
