Kim, What would be the 'standard operating procedure' - if any - for fishermen to get parts like these in their trawl? Dump it again I'm afraid.
The thing is - I can see the tail being somewhere else, possibly broken off at first impact with water and then water currents or trawl, but the engine is a very heavy piece of equipment... If accidentally picked up by fishermen and then dumped they could be anywhere.
