The jacket is definitely not Luftwaffe and most likely not even WWII era. Looks too new.

If i were Luftwaffe, it would have had loops for the eagle and various medals. Also, it would have had shoulder boards removed, and loops made for the rank straps.

In this case, 100%, it was never used by anyone in the war.
