Ok, did a Google serach and found this:

From the above information, it appears 2nd Lt. Warren E. Hubber was killed in a flying accident on June 19,1944 while training with the 495 Fighter Training Group (FTG) which handled all P-47 conversions for the 8th and 9th AFs. Can anyone confirm this information? He was also from Wisconsin,you could write the Wisconsin Historical Association (online) and ask them.
