This is the same title (and author) which was published in 2001 by Covosday in South Africa.
The it was over 1000 pages (and no I have not counted the photos...)
Probably a re-print.

That Covos Day book was a huge one, but printed on lousy paper plus with a more careful book design the page count could have been trimmed by at least 30-40 %.

Bit slow response from me, but yes this looks to be the same as the Covosday one. It is definitely comprehensive, and I certainly wasn't disappointed with my purchase.
