Bf-109 G6 Spornrad tailwheel
Hi gentlemen,
Here's a tailwheel I bought approx. one year ago. The size is 350x135 and it is marked 8-8104 C-2. I have 2 questions regarding this wheel: -Is it all complete? -I know that for the Me-109 G6 the 8-8104 C-4 was most common, but was this 8-8104 C-2 also used on the G6? Thanks! Regards, Vinnie |

Re: Bf-109 G6 Spornrad tailwheel
It misses the dataplate. It should be located as your first pic shown somewhere eight o'clock in the wheel.

But good to know that it is (a) suitable for a G-6 and (b) that the bearings are still complete. ![]() |

Haha, it would not surprise me if it was ever used for that purpose!
