Hi Mark, I can give some concrete info and some possible info for this blade!
It was fitted to either: Bf109E with DB601A/N, Bf110 with DB601A/N or, ARADO 196 with BMW132K. The BA 2082 number is the quality inspector stamp. I am sure the 23.702/2 number indicates that this was blade number 2 on the complete prop assy numbered 23.702. I believe that the blade individual serial number is 23567. Lastly, N.Africa....probably 109E. HTH
