It's one of these:
Lippstadt Reserve Training & Replacement Units: Stuka-Erg.St./VIII. Fliegerkorps (May 40 – Mar 41); Erg.St.(Schl.)/LG 2 (Aug 40 – Jan 42); Erg.St./Schl.G. 1 (Jan – Mar 42); 5./Erg.JGr. Ost (Mar – Apr 42). Ergänzungsstaffeln were commonly - albeit incorrectly - referred to informally as a "Schulstaffel".
