http://www.stammkennzeichen.de/ have this as WNr. 3744 ,and part of a WNr./stkz block which seems to confirm this? It is listed with E-Stelle Rechlin in Aug 1940. They also have a fairly large version of one of the bw pics.

...sorry I got confused here the earlier post stated CI+EG, (which is WNr.3741). The photo is clearly of CI+EJ
