Thanks again Matti for your great help.
I've got a fragment of the fin tip with the first three digits of the Werk-Nr. 584 on it. Also a little fragment of the wooden elevator rudder with a fabrication stamp, saying "23. Jan. 1945" on it. Both parts were found in the 80's by woodworker near Tutow. Unfortunately this man passed away a few years ago, so we can't ask him anymore. I've got the parts from his son. They are both from the same a/c, an Arado Warnemünde build Fw 190 F-8. Do you have any information about that a/c? Could the complete Werk-Nr. possibly be: 584104? Kind Regards Heiko |
