Seems to be N3200 First Flight 29-11-39 8MU 2-12-39 19Sq 14-4-40 FTR 27-5-40 Interesting no visible sign of ID letter even though with unit for over a month? Actually in Air Battle Dunkirk by Norman Franks it has the loss as 26-5-40. 07.34 to 09.15. N3200 was being flown by S/Ldr G D Stephenson. He claimed a Ju87 but was sot down - POW. In the book "P/O M D Lyne confirmed seeing the Commanding Officer in an apparantly controlled glide over the French coast leaving a trail of blue smoke". http://www.rafweb.org/Biographies/Stephenson_GD.htm regards MS
