Not sure i would use the term favorite, but in general the War in the East captures my attention more than when being principaly aware of the western front growing up.

Lately I have been interested in the goings on of the far Southern front.
Mansteins Sevastopol, and the campaign of the southern caucasus to capture the oil fields, and what it may have meant strategically as well as tactically
