Ah! This is due to the strong Hurricane/Typhoon/Tempest/Tornado (Well tropical cyclon) outside; everything is flying; even the roofs, plastic bags, trees ... I think I've seen a rat too.
I's thinking I have no tape to put on windows' panes!

Stamp is a fake too?
