By 27 Oct 40, III/KG 4 had become III/KG 30 & the NVM says Marwitz was St Kap of 8/KG 30 lost 27 Oct 40. Confirms his ac was marked 5K+HS and they presumed he was lost around the Humber Estuary

Agree that is what it says but we are trying to find out if there was another St Kap in between or not

Unlikely as not much is known about him. Maybe via German Red Cross missing files?
By the way, what is your interest in him?
