To me, the right engine has an asymetric blister under the cowling, like an A-4 subtype. In fact, I'd say it probably is an A or D subtype, rather than a C or R... the nose appears to be the original 'beetle-eye' type as well, which the early bomber/reconnaissance versions had.

I'd also have to agree with Simon in that it's unlikely two different powerplants would have been used. I've never seen such an arrangement. I'm not fully acquainted with the technical side of things, but perhaps the earlier Jumo and later BMW might have had different power capacity? So I don't think that would make for a very stable arrangement, although I might be wrong.
