Hello Chris,
On 17 May 1941 two Bf110's were downed: one was shot down in flames and in the following crash Uffz. Fischer and Fw. Offermann were killed. The other Bf110 made an emergency landing and the crew (their identities unknown to me) likely survived. No Lt. Wörner seen, which doesn't mean that he did not take part of course...
