Full Werknummer for loss on 17.05.1944
Hi, guys.
Finally some moments away from work and family (some sort of dinner or other arrangement every day through the holiday season  )Have some problems reading the complete Werknummer for a He 111 H lost on May 17th 1944 with Flzg.Führ.Sch. B 10 - so if someone could help me before the next Freiburg trip I would be grateful. I read the partial WNr 5_89, the second digit is unreadable on my microfilm copy. Part of the crew was injured, namely the pilot Fw. Karl Mittelbach and a pupil Uffz. Helmut Hanusa. Regards, Andreas B

Ahhh... but I have seen the holy grail! And it is painted RLM 76 all over with a large Mickey Mouse on the side, there is a familiar pilot in front of it and it has an Erla Haube!
