These are not Legion Condor pilot wings but Spanish combined pilot-observer wings extricly speaking.
Legion Condor never had their own wings; they used the spanish regulation badges at that moment. By the way Weissemberger never was in the Legion Condor and probably was granted with them for honorary reasons
