I actually made my way to Durnbach in the mid 80's while I was a University student. It was such a humbling experience, being surrounded by the graves of all those warriors. That they were all my age, 19-23, blew me away. After a lifetime of Hollywood movies, I imagined everyone as older. Of course the logic made sense, but actually seeing it there before my eyes was shocking. Without doubt, an important point in my life. Even without any personal attachment, I would recommend that anyone who has not been to one of these grave sites should try. Thanks guys, Kenny Edmonton, Canada
