very nice and detailed article with more than a few 'new' photos as compared with the I./ JG 301 chapter in Frappé's 'Luftwaffe in Normandy' book. Has CJE persuaded Frappé out of retirement ? If so how did he do it ..and are there any more articles planned ?

According to a post by Chris on the Checksix Forum (in my dodgy translation):
