Re: Help in finding out Ju88 variant
Thanks Gents ,The source for the C9+GH code comes from Kayser's Flugbefehl and Riechswetterdienst (weather report),dated 11-2-1944 which I believe to be his 1st nite mission. They were part of the document package when I bought them. There is no geschwader designation given.I am aware that NJG5 was redesignated NJG100 , perhaps he was assighned this aircraft during the switch over? (not sure the exact date that happened)Lt.Kayser was awarded the night fighter clasp in silber on 8-30-1944 this document has his geschwader as I/NJG100.Wish there was a JU88 data source . Thanks guys
