Andy,
If an individual volume of the Jagdfliegerverbände has 500 pages, probably only 50 pages of that is actual text. The remainder is photographs and tables (unit COs, unit bases, claims, losses, markings). Given the above, I would doubt that there would be an English language edition of the entire series, although Dr. Prien can comment on that better than I. My only comment here is that there might be a market for a single volume which extracts the text from the entire series, and translates just that into English, along with a translation of the glossaries and an explanation of the tables.
