Foreman, Jerome L., 2nd LT, 82nd Fighter Squadron, 78th Fighter Group, crashed 1/27/43 near Princetown, Devon, U.K., correspondence in file from mother stating that she learned of her son’s award of the Distinguished Flying Cross through the LA Times (Los Angeles, CA)
