Hello Tolesa,
have nothing on Paul Reuter and nothing on a unit "3./Flieger-Ergänzungsgruppe", but perhaps this one is the one you are looking for: Oblt and Beobachter Heinz Reuter, 4./Flieger-Ergänzungsgruppe (See) Kamp, killed 30. November 1942 on a flight from Kamp to Pillau with his pilot Ofw Gerhard Manjok missing. Aircraft Ar196 A3, Werknummer 170 (source: NVM). The GQM reports 26. November 1942 and code 6H+DH. Carl
