Nokose,
A pity if it's missing. That part is in the core of the aircraft's structure. So, are you dealing with a substantial section or just fragmented wreckage? Either way it leaves Mark's 'removable panel' suggestion as the way ahead. Mark, I'm not aware of a plate on the wing leading edge, just stencil marks.
