Hi Frank, Brian

I have listened to the interview again and he does state it was on the day his squadron first flew in that area, and stating that was 17.7.1945. He also confirms it was a "Kate" and that it exploded under his guns. I assume he is getting the information from his logbook because he is pretty specific about events.
