No database of wound recipients-it would be massive. Again, if the person was not a casualty, the chances of an easy trace are very hard. Records are available but it costs time, money and luck-10 years ago would have been easy (if they still exist) but with Data Protection, it has become very hard Remember we are talking 75 years ago......
