I can do...unfortunately my PC is broken so I'm shooting via my iPhone hence the cruddy results, is there anything in particular you would be interested in seeing? I should add his writing is difficult to read, this is looking like one for a native German with experience to decode!

Edit: actually it's not too bad, I've had another look and you can read the place names without too much trouble! Unlike Hauptmann Bunge's Flugbuch.....which is almost intelligible!

Hi siko54, not a problem, I've been without the use of my pc for probably two years now and have been struggling on with a tablet device!
I understand your concerns of the writing, I have another flugbuch coincidentally from KG2
Which is an absolute nitemare to decipher which is in sutterlin.

I would be interested in the earlier part of his service, did you say he commenced flights during May - June 1941. That period is of interest.
Might I also say you have an impressive collection of logbooks, I am most envious!

Gentlemen,

Erich Bunge had made a lot of flights throughout WWII in the thousands. The question is that how many flights were combat missions? Bunge was a busy Schlachtflieger who won the German Cross in Gold.

Hi Juncker,

I've uploaded the last page of his Flugbuch to a public album on my profile page. It's the first two pictures....essentially a JU188 flight from Puetnitz to Odense-Beldrenge on 1 May 45. Last Feindflug listed in Leistungsbuch is 29 Apr 45.

To answer the question about Bunge's Feindflug will take a while, his Flugbuch for this period has pages of just 'Feindflug', but his writing is very very difficult to read at best.

Could you please tell me if Erich Bunge made any claims against aircraft during 1945? I can find no claims at all for him prior to this.
