George,
Perhaps I was shooting from the hip. But I must admit to harboring some anger at the way Merle has been treated over the years. His photos have been used and misused hundreds of times by various authors and web sites. He rarely gets credit for the photos he took, and in fact, some people even claim his photographs as their own. I just find it offensive that someone I making bucks off of his work (and yes, I am a capitalist). Anyway, I guess I was just venting. Steve Sheflin
