Hi Horst,
No, it doesn't particularly have to be the 397th. I was keen to show the Marauders duelling with the Luftwaffe, so it would be one of the units that engaged with German fighters on that day. I'm really looking for an aircraft with some nice nose art (port side) and info on the units that attacked them, I believe it was mostly 1st Gruppe Jg-11? Cheers Gareth
