This could only by a Bf 109G-6 lost that day by IV./JG 54 due to Flak damage. Your location is some 30km north east of their homebase Dorpat in Estonia. The pilot was not affected, therefore no details for the aircraft is available, only the statistical data from the monthly loss table.

This one is the only loss report for a Bf 109 in the Baltic area on that day.
