Re: Me262 new photo and .. WNr.
Tis is definitely a Me 262A from Mtt Regensburg-Obertraubling production. I read WNr 500269. Many Me 262s of this WNr range were completed as Me 262A-1/U3 recce jets at FWE Eger. This Me 262 however does not feature the characteristic camo and the WNr is stencilled above the horizontal stabilizer, so it was completed as a regular Me 262A at Obertraubling-Waldwerk "Stauffen".
Looking at the multi-storeyed buildings appearing in the background to the right, the airfield is definitely not Obertraubling. Regards RolandF
