According to the NVMs II/NJG 101 lost in Aug - Nov 1944 the following:
1 ea Ju 88 G-1
5 ea Do 217 N
1 ea Bf 109 G-6

That might lead to a conclusion that Do 217 was at least the most used or unfortunate aircraft.
