It seems that the last Bf 109E production at Wiener Neustädter Flugzeuge Werke (WHF) has been overlooked in various postings so far. WNF was a major producer of Bf 109s, as we know. According to the special report "Air Industry - Austria" compiled by the Air Division, HQ U.S. Forces in Austria, Office of the A. C. of S., A-2, Incl. 1, p. 1, and dated 20 Sept. 1945, WNF delivered its last Bf 109E-7N and last two Bf 109E-7Z in Dec. 1941. The facility produced a total of 3 Bf 109E-7N and 17 Bf 109E-7Z during CY 1941. RA
