Thanks Eric for you comments, appreciate this very much. Is there any clue in which airplane Warmbier was flying?

BTW: Uffz Eginhard Warmbier, + 25 May 1943 (also not June) acc. Kriegsgraeberfuersorge/Kassel, crashed on south edge of Quedlinburg without known grave....
