088 5074 (ATG) was Ju 88 A-1 version, no A-2 was built (cancelled variant).
All references to Ju 88 "A-2" refer to equipment status, not type designation. In short there were no A-2´s built. 333 was 088 0333 (FZB), 0274 was 088 0274 (FZB), 8032 was 088 8032 (SFW), 3195 was 088 3195 (HFW). In bold are the indentifying letters that indentified who made or assembled that airframe. (c) Eggert [all this and coming years] |
