Andy,
The date should be the 25th. The 254 Squadron ORB has nothing on this accident. The only source I found for this incident was the Form 1180 Aircraft Accident Form. Out of interest I have the ranks as Pilot Officer Sise RNZAF and Acting Flight Lieutenant Bain. Would you agree with that ? Chris, I had made a note that I would like to check the Dyce ORB on this accident. Is there anything on the 25th about this aircraft ? Regards, Martin Gleeson.
