Re: B-17E "Sea Breeze" - N. Africa 1942- what serial?
Alex,
Some serials are mentioned (41-2475, 41-2602, 41-9027...) but alas no reference at all which one was "Sea Breeze". Another one was "Fennell vs. Rommel" (41-9029). Sixteen 7th BG crews from India to ME in 11 x B-17, 4 x B-24 and 1 x LB-30 (with pilot Wade?). Regards, Leendert |
