Hello,
Have looked quickly through the book you mentioned . There are two pictures of Mustangs, "8O- K" " Lady Alice" serial looked to me to be '396.
The other was of "8O-U" "Miss Manookie" serial again looked to be 44-13544 .
The first above '544 - 353FS/354FG - Pinkerton - MACR 8226 - 7 Aug '44.
If '644 then To Swiss AF as J-2114.
As for 'Lady Alice" - '396 so far I have found nil.

"8O-Y" - 44-13525 shown in picture in the post earlier.
356FS/354FG crashed in the UK on 27 September '44 Pilot :Thompson - OK. A/c scrapped.
