As mentioned in other forums , this is a FAKE panel.
It is one of the UK Fakes that was made in the 1970's. Someone has grabbed an unknown scrap panel, and painted it to look like it was WW2 German. This fake panel has been floating around for years...and the previous/current owner has 3 or 4 different ones - all fake. The auction house that has this has been trying to sell it for months, and no one is bidding on it when it comes up, as it is a known fake.
