Hello

Its a magneto switch for an 8 cylinder engine, like the Argus As 10. This part was installed on the dashboard of the Fi 156 (left side, low), and may be on other planes using the same engine.

No no...

What you write is certainly not correct.

This is a Fl. 21119 Magneto Switch.

Used in the Fw190, Bu133, Bf108, Do24,...

It was never installed in the Fi156 (that aircraft took the Fl. 21118).

The amount of connections on the back (8), has nothing to do with the amount of cylinder, or type of engine it was used with...because I can tell you for sure that the Fw190 had a lot more than 8 cylinders...
